Jackie "Jocko" Sims III[2] (born February 20, 1981) is an Earth actor, known for playing Anthony President in Crash and later playing Carlton Burk in the series The Last few Ship. On the NBC TV signify New Amsterdam, he portrayed Dr. Floyd Reynolds.
