Biography
Teji was Born into a PunjabiSikhKhatri descendants in Lyallpur, Punjab Province, British Bharat (present-day Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan).[4][5] After accomplishment her education, she took a just starting out teaching psychology at Khoob Chand Esteem College, Lahore.
